Each time I participate in Moving for Life or teach a Moving for Life, I feel a marked difference in my overall well-being during and after class. Moving for Life helps me access a healing state, where movement, breath, and grounding awareness combine to make healing not just a possibility, but something that is happening now. I am deeply grateful that Moving for Life’s gentle, effective approach to aerobic dance makes it accessible to so many, bringing ease and joy to each participant.
Thanks to the generous support of many donors, classes are available every day, both online and in person, for free. It's wonderful to share these classes with friends and family across distances, connecting through movement and mutual care. I’m especially grateful to teach weekly online classes through Moving for Life’s website, engaging with unique participants who bring their energy and presence to class. Recently, I've had the pleasure of sharing Moving for Life’s benefits with students at Rockford Dance Company and Peak Fitness in Illinois, and it's inspiring to see the positive impact on people of all ages. Moving for Life brings together a vibrant community from diverse backgrounds, including participants, instructors, and staff.
